Magnetic fluid is a solid-fluid colloidal fluid that is mixture of Nami grains, and fluid in which the grains are evenly dispersed after a special treatment is effected.

It possesses both fluidity and gradient. Magnetic fluid sealing technology is realized by the characteristics of magnetic fluid in respond to the magnetic field. When magnetic fluid is poured into high performance permanent-magnets, in the clearance formed by the pole shoe and the polar axis that is a good flux guide, the magnetic fluid creates several fluid ?O? rings activated by the magnetic field. When the magnetic fluid is under a differential pressure, the magnetic fluid drifts a little in the uneven magnetic field and a new equilibrium is reached resulting in its sealing operation and that is the principle of sealing of magnetic fluid.

The magnetic fluids sealing devises (Patent No. ZL02 2 23660.0) of a standard axle diameter of 4-300mm can meet different requirements for vacuum equipment with various installation structures and they can be designed and manufactured based on special requirements. Besides, the company can also manufacture various magnetic fluids with sound effects.
